We are beyond honored to present a true QUEEN of nursing excellence, Ms. Haydee S. Bacani, RN, RM, MAN. Top 1 in the July 2021 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam and hailed as The Singing OB Queen, she turns anxiety into assurance and lectures into legacy. As a nurse-midwife, educator, and renowned national lecturer, she commands every stage with grace, power, and purpose, setting the gold standard for nursing brilliance.

Beside her stands another icon in the healthcare transformation, Ms. Aubrey A. Virly, RN, CPC. With nearly two decades of igniting excellence, she leads as Senior Training Manager at Shearwater Health and serves as President of the AAPC PH Chapter, coding with clarity, leading with fire, and mentoring with unwavering mission. A true torchbearer of transition. When she speaks, systems shift, and futures ignite.
